  • Low Fat Yogurt – 21/2 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa Powder or Any Chocolate or Sugar free Chocolate – 1 tbsp or 4-5 pieces
  • Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar or Diet Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Chocolate Chips or Crushed Chocolate – 1 tbsp


  • In a blender, add low fat yogurt, water, cocoa powder and sugar.
  • Blend well till it becomes smooth.
  • Pour in a glass and add crushed ice.
  • Garnish with chocolate chips.
  • Serve it chilled.
