For Top Layer or Mango and Apple Layer:——-

  • Chopped Mango – 2 cup
  • Chopped Apple – 2 cup
  • Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup

For Bottom Layer or Kiwi and Strawberry Layer:——-

  • Chopped Kiwi – 2 nos.
  • Chopped Strawberry – 10-12 nos.
  • Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup


  • In a blender, add kiwi, strawberry, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of crushed ice, make a thick shake.
  • Pour into long glass and keep aside.
  • In a another blender, add mango, apple, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of crushed ice, make a shake of consistency lesser than the mango shake.
  • Pour slowly on top of strawberry kiwi layer.
  • Add crushed ice.
  • Serve it chilled.
