- Carrot (cut into lengthwise) – 1 nos.
- Celery Stalk – 1 nos.
- Apple (cut into cube) – 1 nos.
- Moong Beans Sprout – 1 cup
- French Beans (cut into lengthwise) – 3/4 cup
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
- Sesame Seed – 1/2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce – 1/2 tbsp
- Grated Ginger – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt as per taste –
- Black Pepper as per taste –
- In a bowl, the carrot, celery, apple, french bean and moong sprouts,mix well.
- Add lemon juice, coriander leaves, sesame seed, soya sauce, ginger, salt and black pepper, toss well.
- Transfer into serving bowl.
- Serve it chilled.
