Soya Chunks / Soya Nuggets
All are aware of the goodness of protein-rich soybean. The dried nuggets have to soaked in salted boiling water for a 5-6 minutes, till they balloon out and become soft, before use. You can enjoy soya chunks in a salad, curry, stews and soups. You can also make soya nuggets and serve with your favorite chutney. Soya nuggets are rich in vitamins, minerals and lecithin. Soya is low in fat and sodium.
