Tomato and ginger chutney is delicious and tasty with any snacks and paratha. Tomato and ginger chutney is very healthy and nutritious tomato garlic dip. Tomato Garlic Chutney is made by tomato blending with green chili, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves. It is reddish colour chutney. It is good combination of tomato and garlic. You can store for 2-3 days in a refrigerator.

  • Chopped Tomato – 3 big nos.
  • Garlic Cloves – 4-5 nos.
  • Green Chili – 1-2 nos.
  • Ginger – 1/2 inch
  • Salt as per taste –
  • Coriander Leaves – 3-4 tbsp


  • In a grinder, add tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger and salt, make a fine paste.
  • Transfer into serving bowl.
  • Serve Tomato and ginger chutney with aloo paratha/moong dal pakora .
